Java Developer – Fintech Top 50 – Break into Finance. My client are a leading financial software vendor with offices in Hong Kong, New York & Central London. They are looking for a Mid-level Java Developer to work on their cutting edge transaction network. The successful Java Developer required to work on various components of their platform, using full stack Java. They are also currently introducing new exciting technologies into some of their projects such as Scala & Clojure, so this is the perfect opportunity to learn new skills and languages.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ Years commercial experience in development and a keen interest in financial services or capital markets.

The Java Developer will need to have:

4+ Years’ Development experience with Java
Experience with Eclipse or Spring suite; Java Spring, Maven, Hibernate
Experience with Messaging tools such as JMS, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ
Relational Database experience (PostreSQL or MS SQL)
Front end development experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS in either a C# or Java environment.
Ability to work flexibly with different functional programming languages
Reasonable Knowledge of finance sector and financial markets
