Description
Software Developer - London – FinTech. Award winning Big Data specialist FinTech organisation seeks to hire a Software Developer to join an expanding Agile development team. No Finance / FinTech experience is required as full training will be provided. Opportunity to work as part of a green-field development team, working on high-profile big data product for clients across both buy-side and sell-side industries.
The Software Developer will;
Work as part of an Agile development team
develop solutions through the full development life cycle
engage with architect to assist with design of new solutions
Use industry leading technologies building business intelligence, data mining and analytics solutions
Work through the full development life cycle
Work closely with internal stake holders
Solve complex data issues for clients
The Software Developer will have:
A degree in a related subject; Computing, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Physics
At least 3 years of commercial software development experience
Experience working with – Python or Perl
Experience developing in an Agile environment
Knowledge of JSON or XML highly advantageous
