Senior Java Developer –London. A rapidly expanding FinTech organisation is embarking on a period of significant growth and is seeking to hire multiple Senior Java Developer that have engineering of development backgrounds to work on the design, development and integration of cutting-edge real-time trading applications for clients within the investment banking sector. Working on projects across the Capital Markets industry.

The Senior Java Developer will:

• Work as part of a global Agile team
• Work directly with senior client stake holders
• Manage project deliveries
• Work on projects through the full project life cycle
• Software implementation and integration
• Enhance real-time trading applications
• Automated trading processes
• Work closely with system architect to design new tools and solutions
• Participle in IT systems strategy
• Research new technology trends to keep ahead of technology curve
• Work closely with senior stakeholders

The Senior Java Developer will need to have:

• A degree in a related STEM subject
• Proven Core Java OR Scala JVM experience
• Spring, Guice, Guava, Maven or Hibernate experience
• Experience leading projects
• Experience deploying systems in both Linux or windows environments

The Senior Java Developer will gain experience working for a truly innovated company working on the development of cutting-edge real-time trading solutions. The Senior Java Developer will be fully involved in architecture, have the freedom to influence development processes and have an input into the adoption of new technology.
