Senior Infrastructure Engineer – Windows – Azure – Automation – Powershell. Highly successful Asset Manager requires a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to assist them with their journey to automation and into the cloud. The company works closely with Microsoft products so good understanding of Azure and PowerShell is required for this position. Great opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of working within the asset management sector, work closely with business users and be integral to automation based projects.

The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will;

• Work on BAU and operation based Infrastructure and automation projects
• Provide technical guidance to change and delivery teams for transition of systems into live production
• Design, configure and maintain IT infrastructure services across the business
• Manage Technology IT projects to support strategic goals
• Assist IT Infrastructure manager with growth of team
• Be hands on supporting high level infrastructure issues – Server and Automation related issues
• Develop and enhance IT security processes

The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will have:

• Proven operational infrastructure support/development experience – Powershell
• Automation experience
• Azure experience is required
• Exchange Server
• Virtualisation
• SAN
• Active Directory
• VMWare
• Financial services experience is desirable but not essential
