Lead Application Support Analyst – Windows – SQL – SSIS - SSRS - London. Lead front office projects. One of the Europe’s largest Wealth Managers with significant funds under management seeks to hire an experienced Lead Application Support Analyst for their head office in London. The client is one of the most reputable Wealth Managers in the market and is renowned for their technology investment, career development and giving technologist’s exposure to the markets working closely with front-office users. The Lead Application Support Analyst will:

  • Lead technical projects
  • Take technical authority on projects
  • high level application support
  • Work closely with front office staff
  • Support front-office trading applications
  • Mentor junior members of the team
  • Take business queries and specifications and implement these into technology infrastructure
  • Resolve major incidents and work closely with senior stakeholders to improve technical documentation
  • Work closely with business analysts, developers and testing teams

The Lead Application Support Analyst will need to have:

  • 5 + years commercial application support experience
  • Experience working within either buy-side or sell-side environment
  • In-depth Windows Server experience
  • Experience of leading application based projects 
  • SQL Server including – SSIS - SSRS
  • Experience of FIX Protocol - FIX connectivity - Swift or Fiserv Accurate – Desirable
  • Demonstrable experience leading support projects
