Lead Test Specialist – London - An award-winning Fintech organisation seeks to hire a Lead Test Specialist for their expanding engineering and testing team. The role sits within a new expanding division created to improve QA across the business to ensure all software engineering meets clients expectations before becoming live and reaching customers. 

The Lead Test Specialist will:

• Assist with test strategy across the business
• Work on greenfield projects
• Help to implement and bring new ideas
• Ensure the quality of testing across the business
• Lead, Supervise, and guide a QA team
• Work closely with engineering teams across the business

The Lead Test Specialist will have:

• A STEM related degree
• Experience leading QA / Testing projects
• Strong automation testing experience
• Ability to lead projects
• Strong leadership and planning skills
• Agile software development environment experience
• Experience of Selenium Web Driver
• C# experience
