Miller Maxwell is looking for a driven and ambitious candidate to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Delivery Partner. We punch above our weight and expect you to do the same; we want to hire inspired and motivated people who show a clear understanding of what business is. We are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Delivery Partner to join us and be a key figure in delivering to our rapidly expanding client list.

We model ourselves on many of the clients we work for, creating a tech heavy trading type environment where everyone understands their own targets but is keen to enable those of others.

Responsibilities:

• Headhunting Candidates
• CV Sourcing
• Networking
• Attending Events
• Interviewing Candidates
• Qualifying Candidates
• Being a subject matter expert in technology and finance
• Arranging interviews
• Engaging with clients to understand requirements

This is not a sales position, but is the perfecto opportunity to gradually move towards business development if that’s the progression you want.

What we need from the Trainee Recruitment Delivery Partner

• Educated to a level where you can competently speak to senior hedge fund directors or some of the world’s brightest entrepreneurs / start-up managers.
• Experience of an office type environment
• Comfortable speaking on the telephone and communicating with people
• An interest in technology, recruitment and ideally finance
• Competent with MS Word, Outlook
