Location: DevOps Engineer – London. Miller Maxwell has partnered with a growing RegTech business seeking to hire DevOps Engineers, the business has recently received significant VC funding which has allowed them to expand their team with a view to hiring two DevOps Engineers. Their product is a real-time compliance platform used by buy-side investment management organisations.

The DevOps Engineer will:

• Manage deployment of automation solutions
• Write, implement and support automation scripts
• Work directly with heads of departments to strategise delivery of solutions
• Liaise with development and infrastructure teams to implement automation strategy
• Maintenance of Setup and support test server environments
• Monitor system health – use sophisticated techniques to resolve errors and outages

DevOps Engineer will need to have:

• At least experience working within Windows and Linux environments
• Powershell, Bash, Shell or Python scripting experience
• Experience of build and Continuous Integration tools
• Ansible, GIT or Jenkins experience
• Scripting experience – Bash, Shell or Python
• Knowledge of Java software highly desirable

The DevOps Engineer will have the opportunity to work as part of a new and expanding team where the adoption of new/innovative technology is growing day-on-day and the DevOps Engineer will be able to introduce, research and contribute of this already exciting technology stack.
