 Lead .Net Developer– London – Leading investment banking organisation seeks to hire a Lead .NET Developer to join a new growing division of the company focused on the development of real-time trade monitoring software used across the business on a global basis. The Lead .NET Developer will lead a growing agile development team, work in a hands on capacity whilst working closely with senior internal stakeholders and technology teams. The position is a highly visible position working with C-Level individuals across the business.

The Lead .Net Developer will be responsible for;

  • Architecture, design and development of trade monitoring solutions
  • Contributing to every aspect of the full development life cycle
  • Influence and contribute to the future growth of development across the department
  • Manage projects through the full project life cycle
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders
  • Working in an agile environment with some of the best engineers in London
  • Gaining exposure to complex, distributed financial systems

The Lead .NET Developer should have;

  • proven commercial development experience ideally within the financial services sector
  • Previous experience of team management and leadership
  • Experience of trade monitoring, security, MiFID II regulatory frameworks or trade surveillance systems
  • Experience of Java / C# programming languages
  • SQL Server experience
  • JavaScript – HTML
  • React frameworks
  • Experience working within Linux / Unix environments
  • Experience of MongoDB / Redis – desirable
