Support Analyst – FIX Protocol – Linux – SQL – London. Global Trading Exchange, seeking to hire a Support Analyst for a growing client focused support team in London, working with clients across Europe. There is scope for this position to move to another European office in 2020. The company is at the forefront of Exchange Trading and the Support Analyst will work with clients supporting their real-time trading exchange platform and associated systems; order management, market data and BI tools. Fantastic opportunity for a Support Analyst to work with high profile clients, gain OnBoarding experience and significant experience of equities asset class experience whilst supporting an interesting technology stack.

The Support Analyst will;

• Work in a live production environment
• OnBoarding new clients
• Work with customers to resolve complex technical issues
• Day-to-Day support real-time exchange platform
• Troubleshoot, monitor and analyse trades
• Deployment of new applications
• Troubleshoot FIX protocol – FIX connectivity issues
• Test and execute production changes

The Support Analyst will need to have;

• A degree in a STEM related subject
• Experience working for a Brokerage, Exchange, FinTech, ISV or Investment Bank is required for this position. 
• Solid Linux experience
• Scripting experience - Shell - Bash - Python
• Solid SQL skills
• Experience of FIX Protocol – FIX Connectivity
• Networking experience - beneficial
