Application Support Analyst - SQL – Venture Capital owned FinTech, part of a recent merger between two highly respected buy-side solutions providers joined to provide a unique disruptive investment platform. They seek to expand their London team and hire several Application Support Engineer to provide support for clients. The successful Application Support Engineer will be gain extensive training on their platform.

The Application Support Analyst will:

• Work directly with clients to support the use of their sophisticated software solutions
• Provide support to analysts, traders, portfolio managers and senior client stakeholders#
• Work closely with internal development, implementation and account managers to assist ith the delivery of software solutions
• Work on projects in the deployment and upgrade stage
• Provide relationship management to clients after product is delivered that will include client training

Application Support Analyst will have:

• A degree in a related subject
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working with and support clients
• Proven – SQL Server – T-SQL experience
• Stored procedures, Query writing and optimisation experience
• Knowledge of C# - highly advantageous

The Application Support Analyst will have the chance to work with a leading product within the finance industry. The working environment will allow the Application Support Engineer extensive experience of buy-side software solutions and experience working within the FinTech space.
