Technical Client Support Analyst – FinTech – London. Global FinTech trading platform provider seeks to hire a Technical Client Support Analyst to join an expanding client services team in London. The company is global, award winning FInTech organisation with a number of high profile tier-1 hedge funds and investment management clients on an international scale. The Technical Client Support Analyst will gain extensive experience of supporting real-time trading applications, order management and multiple asset class experience.

The Technical Client Support Analyst will:

  • Provide support for tier-1 buy-side clients
  • Support real-time trading applications
  • Work with front-office users to resolve trading and technical related issues
  • Take business queries and specifications and implement these into technology environment
  • Work on projects
  • Work closely with business analysts, developers and testing teams

The Technical Client Support Analyst will need to have:

  • A degree in a related subject
  • 2-4 years software support, software implementation experience
  • Experience supporting trading software
  • Strong SQL experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and liaise with senior business stakeholders

The client is ideally looking for a Technical Client Support Analyst that can bring new ideas and research new technology that will improve the trading applications across the business. The client will provide training within the buy-side technology space with significant training budget offered to all team members.
