Support Analyst –A growing division within this well-known and expanding FinTech brand seeks to hire a Support Analyst to work within their innovation team. For the first 6-12 months the Support Analyst will gain extensive training within financial markets gaining knowledge of equities, derivatives and fixed income along with working with exciting and the latest technology trends.

The Support Analyst will:

  • Manage and resolve complex technical issues surrounding the real-time trading solutions
  • Providing analysis into technical and functional issues and escalate to relevant internal teams
  • Build and establish client relationships across front, middle and back office client departments
  • Work on a number of software projects that will include OnBoarding new clients
  • Gain experience supporting a trading system in a live production environment

The Support Analyst will need to have:

  • A STEM related degree
  • Strong Unix operating system
  • Experience of SQL Server
  • Scripting – Bash, Shell scripting
