QA Engineer - Python - SQL - Linux– Financial Exchange – London. 


Exciting opportunity to join one of the world’s leading equities exchange, who urgently seek an experience QA Engineer. With offices worldwide and headquartered in London, the client offers trading across 15 major European markets offering the successfully placed QA Engineer great exposure and experience to the financial market place.


The urgent need for you the successful QA Engineer is to join the QA team and work on building out and maintaining their proprietary automated testing framework. The successful QA Engineer will also be tasked with the design and development of automated test cases as part of the client’s project delivery lifecycle. The QA Engineer Python - SQL - Linux will be responsible for;

Supporting new project features by creating high quality test plans and matrices
Designing and developing automated test cases and data
Identifying and reporting bugs and checking fixes resolve any problems
Communicating with development, business and trade desk teams to support and co-ordinate any testing requirements
Liaise with US office to support complex projects

The QA Engineer Python - SQL - Linux will have;

·Demonstrable experience creating automated test cases and working with test frameworks as QA
·Experience working with SQL is preferred
·Strong experience in object-orientated design and good programming practices
·Strong Python knowledge is preferred
·Financial knowledge is advantageous
