Recruitment Consultant – London - IT Recruitment. Miller Maxwell is an established recruitment business presently working with leading FinTech recruitment businesses with clients across Asia, Europe and the US. We are privately owned, highly profitable with a solid infrastructure and located in a central London location. Since we were established in 2009 the business has won PSL status with a number of high profiles clients providing IT staff across their contract and permanent businesses. In January 2017 we established a brand new division focusing on the placement of contract and permanent staff to the commerce sector and have had great success building a portfolio of clients that includes digital advertising agencies, media branding companies and interactive software suppliers. We are now looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to this team to work closely with the head of this division, two additional consultants and a resourcing team. The Recruitment Consultant will: Join a growing recruitment business within the digital market place Assist the management team with the growth of the business Assist with managing existing client relationships Identifying, matching, short listing and interviewing potential candidates for live vacancies Advertising and marketing client vacancies Visit client sites to build new and enhance existing relationships The Recruitment Consultant will: Hold a degree or be educated to A-Level standard At least 3 years of commercial experience working within a recruitment position Experience working within the IT recruitment space Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal Interested in joining a growing division within an already established recruitment business Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal Be self-motivated and autonomous Miller Maxwell can offer an ambitious Recruitment Consultant; the opportunity to grow a warn recruitment desk, manage a growing recruitment desk.
