DevOps Engineer – Linux – Python – Electronic Trading - London – Opportunity to work as part of an expanding projects and automation team bring projects to life and automate trading processes as part of the global Trading Exchange. The DevOps Engineer goal will be to utilise their experience to support a leading exchange platform and surrounding systems such as surveillance, order management and execution management software.

The DevOps Engineer will

• Work as part of a team to support a leading global exchange platform
• Assist the company with adoption of automation
• Leading projects and bringing them to life
• Manage deployment of software
• Work as part of an Agile engineering team
• Write, implement and support automation scripts
• Maintenance an investigation of software bugs
• Assisting team to resolve build/deployment issues
• Monitor system health – use sophisticated techniques to resolve errors and outages

The DevOps Engineer will have:

• A degree in STEM related subject.
• Highly proficient using Python, SQL and Scripting.
• Excellent Linux experience.
• Systems administration experience.
• CI – CD pipeline experience
• Ansible experience.
• Experience supporting software within a financial services environment.
