Product Support Analyst - UNIX - SQL - FIX Protocol - Fixed Income - London. Provide 3rd level trading system support for global Fixed Income and Market Data solutions. Award winning provider of Fixed Income trading solutions seeks to recruit a Product Support Analyst for their expanding London team, The client is established in Asia, Chicago, London and New York and is expanding their London operations due to the continued success of their innovative Real Time trading applications.

The Product Support Analyst will;

• Provide 3rd level support for clients utilising Real Time Fixed Income trading solution
• Implementation and integration of trading API's
• Support, monitor and administer live Real Time trading issues
• Resolve FIX Protocol issues
• Monitor and support Market Data applications
• Work directly with Front Office users to resolve live product issues

The Product Support Analyst will have

• 3 + years commercial application support experience of a Real Time trading or financial trading systems
• Knowledge of UNIX - Solaris/Linux
• Knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server
• Basic understanding of Java applications
• Experience of FIX protocol, FIX Connectivity, SWIFT or financial messaging software - desirable
