Trade Operations Support Analyst - London. Miller Maxwell is working with a global Equities brokerage seeking to hire a Trade Operations Support Analyst for a client facing team for their London office. The Trade Operations Support Analyst will be support a sophisticated, leading-edge trading platform used by front-office traders within Europe. The Trade Operations Support Analyst will gain experience of exchange connectivity, market data feed support and low-latency trading. Fantastic opportunity for a Trade Operations Support Analyst to work with front-office traders, gain equities asset class experience whilst supporting an interesting technology stack.

The Trade Operations Support Analyst will;

• Provide clients with advise on trading product suite.
• Advise clients on suite of products available including trading venue. 
• Act as key point of contact / Account Manager for trading, messaging and risk related issues for tier-1 clients.
• Interact with senior management, clients and traders on a daily basis. 
  
• Extensive interaction with front-office users.
  
• Resolve exchange queries and real-time trading issues.
• Test and execute production changes.

The Trade Operations Support Analyst will need:

• A degree in a STEM related subject.
• To be client focused, experience working with front office users is required. 
  
• Experience of Excel - VBA.
• Experience working for a Brokerage, Exchange, hedge fund or investment bank.
• Solid Equites experience - Other asset classes considered. 
• Algorithmic trading experience highly beneficial
• Knowledge of FIX Protocol beneficial. 
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
