Application Owner – Remote Working – FTC – London. Highly successful Wealth Manager, highly, with over £40 billion under management seeks to hire an Application Owner to join a growing change and transformation team. The client is one of the most reputable Wealth Managers in the market and is renowned for their technology investment, career development and giving technologist’s exposure to the markets working closely with front-office users.

The Application Owner responsibilities will include:

• Take ownership of application changes and upgrades to financial applications.
• Driving application change across the division.
• Become key stakeholder for application change across technology.
• Take ownership of BAU and change budgets for applications.
• Work with project and development teams internally and externally.
• Work closely with external vendor contacts to coordinate and deliver successful changes
• Take ownership of change and service changes, working with internal infrastructure and operations teams to ensure application reliability.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders of changes and release schedules.

The Application Owner experience requirements:

• Ideally have a STEM related degree.
• Proven Application Change – Ownership experience within a financial services organisation.
• Asset Management – Wealth Management – Financial Services experience is required for this Application Owner position.
• Proven Stakeholder Management experience.
• Proven application implementation and/or Application integration experience.
• ITIL or Project Management (Prince2) certifications desirable.

The client requires an Application Owner that has a methodical approach to tasks and can manage daily procedures in an orderly manner. The Wealth Manager is looking for someone to stamp their mark on this position and really make it their own.
