Customer Experience Specialist - Remote working and remote Onboarding. Miller Maxwell has partnered with a provider of Data Analytics technology. The organisation operates as a provider and distributor of enriched decision-based market data, operating as a key provider to several blue-chip organisations. They seek to hire a Customer Experience Specialist to join an ever growing customer focused team.

 
The Customer Experience Specialist will:
 
  • Create a high level of customer service for clients
  • Use remote tools to analyse and resolve customer enquiries 
  • Take personal responsibility for achieving excellent levels of customer service and customer happiness when dealing with our customers, both internal and external
  • Understand and evaluate customers needs to maintain positive experiences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to increase client satisfaction
  • Update an internal ticketing system to improve efficiency
The Customer Experience Specialist will need to have experience of:
 
  • Must possess effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Must be passionate about providing good customer experience in all interactions
  • Experience in a similar position would be an asset
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centred approach
  • Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
