Technical Support Analyst – Windows - Surrey - Hybrid working environment. No finance experience is required as full training will be provided. Miller Maxwell has partnered with an award-winning algorithmic execution venue seeking to hire a mid-level Technical Support Analyst for their expanding team following significant investment. The Technical Support Analyst will be supporting a sophisticated, leading-edge algo execution product working closely with front office users. Fantastic opportunity to gain experience of exchange connectivity, market data feed support and low-latency trading. 

The Technical Support Analyst responsibilities include:

• Work in a live production trading environment supporting real-time trading software.
• Work closely with users to provide technical support expertise. 
• Deploy new trading software and applications.
• Work on new automation and cloud based projects starting in 2022. 

The Technical Support Analyst will need:

• A degree in a STEM related subject
• At least 1 + years experience support software products is required
• Experience communicating with customers is required. 
• Solid Windows operating systems environment experience. 
• SQL Server experience beneficial. 
• API support experience beneficial
