Infrastructure Technical Lead – MS 365 – MS Teams - Azure - Intune - Powershell – London - Bristol - Manchester - Newcastle - Edinburgh - locations consider - Hybrid working available. Highly successful technology driven Hedge Fund seeks to hire a Technical Lead to manage a new technology service team being formed in the UK to take ownership of all Microsoft 365 platform technology across the business. Great opportunity to take lead projects, own processes, and influence key stakeholders across the business.

The Infrastructure Technical Lead will:

• Be part of a team taking ownership for enhancement and changes to Microsoft 365 Platform across the business.
• 3rd line technical support for Microsoft 365 platform, liaise with Microsoft to achieve roadmap.
• Be key point of contact for Microsoft 365 platform that could include Windows 10, Exchange, O365, Intune, MS Teams, Azure AD / Azure Services.
• Create and delivery a technology improvement and continuous improvement roadmap.
• Mentor members of the team to improve Microsoft 365 services.
• Work closely with key stakeholders across the business.

The Infrastructure Technical Lead should have:

• Proven Microsoft 365 platform experience.
• Proven Teams Administration and Management experience.
• Proven PowerShell Scripting experience.
• Azure Active Directory experience.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams.
• Demonstrable Intune – Azure AD – Azure Services experience.

The Infrastructure Technical Lead will have the scope and freedom to influence and drive MS 365 Platform across the business. This is a hands on position that does require some mentorship with having direct reports. There is scope to move into management or architectural positions in future.
