Lead .NET Developer – C# – Remote working and remote interviewing in place for their position - A hybrid working from home/office will be in place from September. Opportunity to take a lead development position on greenfield projects driving change, innovation and growing a this team. The Lead .NET Developer will be given the freedom to influence on new projects architecture, development and leading/mentoring an Agile team.

The Senior .NET Developer will be involved in several new key projects to assist with the build of a next generation Cloud based platform for managing investments for this FinTech's customers. The FinTech sees this as a game changing platform that will see them cement their place as a recognised global FinTech brand offering innovative technology driven solutions to their clients.

The Lead .NET Developer will:

• Own and influence decisions around UI/UX development across the software engineering team.
• Devising new approaches to scale their products and functionality.
• Build a new team with more in-depth JavaScript - Angular capabilities.
• Working with key stakeholders to develop their distributed pod architecture.

Skills required from the Lead .NET Developer.

• A degree in a STEM related subject
• .NET C# experience.
• 5 + years commercial development experience
• Experience leading teams
• Sound knowledge of .NET 4.5 Framework
• Test Driven Development – TDD experience
• Experience working within financial services beneficial but not essential
• Cloud experience – Keen interest in AWS – Azure based technologies.
