Support Analyst –Award winning Business Intelligence solutions company, seeks to hire a Support Analyst for their London team to start early in 2022. Hybrid working environment available. The client works with the latest technology including .NET 4.8, Cloud Servers – Azure and offers excellent career development and training with future moves into, team leadership, development or consultancy available. The Support Analyst will join their team providing support to clients running their award within SaaS solutions.

The Support Analyst will;

  • Work as part of an experience technical support team providing support for blue-chip clients.
  • Provide application support for external clients.
  • Trouble shoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Windows Server Setup and maintain virtual test environments.
  • Basic SQL server query writing.
  • Implement and support service releases and patches.
  • Report to senior management and help to improve Service Levels.

Support Analyst will have;

  • At least 3 year of software or application support experience.
  • SaaS environment experience preferred. 
  • Experience supporting Microsoft products.
  • Experience of online comm’s tools – Team and/or Slack.
  • Strong problem diagnosis skills.
  • Experience of SQL. 
  • JIRA experience.
