Product Support Specialist – London - Miller Maxwell is assisting an award-winning provider of enriched data via their high-performance SaaS platform. Their real-time data and cross-asset analytics platform are used by clients on a global basis to improve investment and trading decisions. The Product Support Specialist will join their core data and analytics division working within a pre/post sales engineering team responsible for supporting, product integration and OnBoarding clients onto their live platform.

The Product Support Specialist will:

• Take responsibility for technical client onboarding, network connectivity, API integration and software integration.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level platform support for clients.
• Provide pre/post sales technical engineers assisting sales to provide first class technical engineering support for platform and services.
• Work as an account manager for key client accounts and be a key point of contact for technical and product enquires.
• When restrictions allow, visit clients to improve relationships.
• Assist company with growth of domain expertise and growth of the team.
• Research, design and implement new tools to enhance product offering.

The Product Support Specialist should have:

• A degree in a STEM related subject
• 3-6 years commercial financial software support – integration experience.
• 2nd and 3rd Level application support / integration experience.
• Experience of EMS – OMS – FIX Connectivity – beneficial.
• Linux – Shell / Bash Scripting experience.
• Familiarity with SQL – MySQL.
• Customer facing experience – Technical account management experience.
