Infrastructure Engineer –PowerShell - Windows Server – VMWare – Azure – London. - Global FX trading brokerage, one of the US’s largest electronic brokerages by trading volume seeks to hire an Infrastructure Engineer with a keen interest in automation and Cloud (Azure).  Opportunity to work on core infrastructure projects that will have a real impact on the organisation, highly visible role within the organisation meaning bonuses within the team are circa 40%.

The Infrastructure Engineer will;

• Provide in-depth technical experience to deliver end-to-end infrastructure solutions with a key focus on automation in their highly technical, low latency environment.
• Manage BAU support on a broad range of Infrastructure and Cloud environments services
• Top level administration and oversight of company’s Active Directory environment including DNS, Group Policy, Exchange.
• Be an escalation point for 2^nd line team for both incidents and requests
• Support other IT teams (DBA, network, DevOps, infosec) in any infrastructure requests

The Infrastructure Engineer will have:

• A degree in a STEM related subject.
• Proven commercial IT infrastructure experience.
• PowerShell – Scripting experience.
• Windows Server 2016 / 2019.
• VMWare.
• Azure Services – Azure DevOps.
• Financial services experience is desirable but not essential.
