DevOps Engineer- Terraform- Azure DevOps- London. Miller Maxwell has been approached by a disruptive FinTech who urgently seek to hire a DevOps Engineer. My client are a very successful trading platform provider who are looking to expand their infrastructure team and hire a DevOps Engineer. This role will give you the opportunity to work on Greenfield projects, the ideal DevOps Engineer will have and understanding of Terraform, Azure DevOps and Powershell.

The DevOps Engineer will:

• Develop automation of application deployment and configuration
• Write, implement, and support automation scripts
• Work directly with heads of departments to strategise delivery of solutions
• Liaise with development and infrastructure teams to implement automation strategy
• Build CI/CD Pipeline for a system that will grow tremendously in the next couple of years.
• Testing, deploying, building and releasing software.

DevOps Engineer will need to have:

• At least 5 years commercial automation experience
• Terraform, Azure Devops - Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience
• Proficient Windows and some Linux experience
• Scripting experience – Preferably PowerShell but others would be considered
• Experience working within a real-time live production environment
• Cloud experience beneficial Azure or AWS

The DevOps Engineer will have the opportunity to work as part of a highly experience, new and expanding team where the adoption of new/innovative technology is growing day-on-day and the DevOps Engineer will be able to introduce, research and contribute of this already exciting technology stack. This role will lead to a Senior or DevOps Manager position.
