Technical Onboarding Support Analyst  – Algorithmic Trading – Linux – London. Remote working for this position. 3-6 month contract. Miller Maxwell has partnered with an algorithmic execution venue seeking to hire a Technical Onboarding Support Analyst to join a team responsible for day-to-day platform support and Onboarding of new clients onto their platform. The client offers a sophisticated, algo execution product used by clients globally.

The Technical OnBoarding Support Analyst responsibilities include:

• Provide support for the execution platform and surrounding software.
• Onboarding users.
• Software implementation and integration.
• Troubleshoot FIX protocol – FIX connectivity issues.

  The Technical OnBoarding Support Analyst needs:

• Proven Onboarding experience.
• Proven FIX Protocol – FIX Connectivity experience.
• API Support experience.
• At least 2 + years’ experience supporting financial software.
• Solid Linux experience with ability to; investigation of host utilisation, troubleshooting, update configs, trace logs.
• Experience of equities, fixed income or foreign exchange considered.
