A dynamic and challenging position is available for a skilled Technical Support Analyst to play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of exchange platforms. The successful candidate will join a passionate team and enjoy a variety of responsibilities ranging from troubleshooting technical issues to driving process improvements.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide high-quality customer-focused technical support, addressing issues, escalating where needed, and maintaining a professional service standard.
  • Perform troubleshooting and collect data for effective analysis, contributing to swift issue resolution.
  • Maintain critical security reference data, ensuring platform accuracy and compliance.
  • Compile reports for production outages, supporting continuity and risk mitigation efforts.
  • Work on scripting and automation initiatives to streamline operational processes.

 

What You’ll Need:

 

  • A degree-level qualification or a strong track record in technical operations support.
  • Expertise in Linux/Unix server environments and relational databases, including SQL.
  • Familiarity with trading systems, FIX Protocol, and the technical aspects of UK/EU equity markets.
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Confidence in handling phone support and managing technical queries in a high-pressure environment.
