Technical Support Analyst  – Algorithmic Trading – Linux – London. Miller Maxwell has partnered with an equities-based algorithmic execution venue seeking to hire a Technical Support Analyst to join a team responsible for day-to-day platform support and onboarding new clients onto their platform. The client offers sophisticated algorithm execution solutions and brokerage services used by clients globally.

The Technical Support Analyst's responsibilities include:

• Provide support for the execution platform and surrounding software.
• Onboarding users.
• Software implementation and integration.
• Troubleshoot FIX protocol – FIX connectivity issues.

The Technical Support Analyst needs:

• A STEM related subject.
• Proven Onboarding experience.
• Proven FIX Protocol – FIX Connectivity experience.
• API Support experience.
• At least 4 + years’ experience supporting financial software.
• Solid Linux experience with the ability to investigate host utilisation, troubleshoot, update configs, and trace logs.
• Experience of equities, fixed income or foreign exchange is considered.
