Operations Lead - Open Banking - Payments - Transactions - FinTech - An Operations Lead is required by disruptive FinTech within the Open Banking sector. Their secure, collaborative and unique solutions allows their clients to benefit from banking and payments solutions simpler and cheaper. The Technical Operation Lead will lead and manage all processes to deliver account and payment API services at scale. Their Operations team is key to the success of their business and will see the Technical Operations Lead being influential across all aspects of their services such as sales, technology, product and client services.

The Operations Lead Lead will:

• Take responsibility and ensure operation stability of the clients gateway
• Resolve live production issues working closely with internal and external development teams
• Share responsibility for incident management and ensure business continuity across the organisation
• Act as key point of contact for API services
• Develop and build relationships with stakeholders at banks and data providers
• Develop strategy for business growth and SLA’s
• Take ownership for operational processes and take input from Stakeholders
• Work closely with internal development, testing and support teams

The Operations Lead will need to have:

• A degree in a related subject
• At least five years’ experience working within the FinTech industry
• Experience with API technology
• Experience working within the payment industry
• Proven Operations Support experience
• Experience working within a regulated organisation
• Experience delivering projects and change management
