Business Analyst – London – Opportunity to work as part of an expanding Product Management team delivering innovative technology driven trading solutions across Capital Markets. The client is an awarding winning electronic brokerage offering unique high-touch, brokerage services, award winning trading platform and unparalleled data/analytics solutions to blue-chip corporations on a global basis. A Significant time and training investment in the Business Analyst will be made by the hiring Head of Product Manager, a highly respected individual within the Capital Markets sector. Opportunity to work closely with a leader in their field.

The Business Analyst will:

• Working with Head of Product Manager to define and manage Analytics products and Solutions.
• Assisting with requirement gathering, prioritisation and documentation.
• Work directly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Business relationships with internal development teams for requirement communication and development design discussions.
• Report writing
• Product design and prototyping.
• Assisting with projects and bringing them to life
• Monitor system health – use sophisticated techniques to resolve errors and outages

The Business Analyst will have:

• A degree in STEM related subject is essential.
• 3 + years commercial Business Analysis experience.
• Capital Markets experience along with broad interest in financial markets.
• Electronic trading – Agile or Software development environment experience.
• Knowledge of Analytics – Market Data - – Business Intelligence – Tableau – SQL or PowerBI experience.
